Civil Litigation

The firm’s Civil Litigation Team jointly lead by Mr Alex Gan Yi Yang, Mr Lex Teo and Mr YF Chan. Civil Litigation is part of the foundation of the Firm as the Firm handles more than 500 cases annually. We handle vast varieties of cases which include Debt Recovery, Tax Matters, Land Matters, Intellectual Property Matters, Construction Matters, Contract Matters, Clinical Negligence and other General Matters. Our Litigation Team is dedicated and well strategized as the Litigation Team is supported by legal associates and research teams trained and guided by the partners. The team is also well equipped with technology knowledge and able to comprehend all litigation by using the latest computer software such as Denning 360/dropbox/google calendar, tele-comunication software and other high tech research method which greatly enhanced the capabilities and efficiency  of the Civil Litigation Team.

Criminal Litigation

The firm’s Criminal Litigation Team is lead by our Partner Mr Alex Gan Yi Yang and Mr Lex Teo. The team had been involved in Criminal Litigation such as defending accused that is charged under Section 323, 324 and etc of the Penal Code. Our Criminal Litigation Team is also actively doing social work to help the needy. The Team has conducted several pro-bono works for few legal aid centers for the need in mitigation and plea-bargaining. The firm strongly believes that justice must be served and it should be the same for those needy people.
