Matthew Lee Ming Loong is one of the partner of LGTW with a degree in LLB along with an MBA specialising in Financial Strategy and Company Strategy Management. Matthew has many years of experience in the acquisition and disposal of property portfolios, sale and pre-letting of development sites as well advice in relation to the real estate aspects of banking and corporate transactions.

Lex, a graduate from Multimedia University Malacca with a degree in LLB (Hons) has been in active legal practice for more than six years in Malaysia since 30/11/2012. Currently a partner at Messrs LEE GAN TEO & WONG, he handles all the general litigations work and his noteworthy cases include Land Acquisition Appeal
With these comprehensive legal experience accumulated, Lex continues to be engaged as Legal/Corporate Adviser for corporate and society namely for clients such as Ng Kee Cold Storage Sdn. Bhd. and J & M Solar Systems Sdn. With the academic and professional achievements, comprehensive and diligent legal practice and advisory services; and personal concern on society at large; Lex has earned his good reputation both in his professional practice and the society.

Carmen has obtained her LLB from the Northumbria University of United Kingdom and completed her CLP in the following year. Prior joining LGTW, she has many years experience practicing in different areas of law. She then joined LGTW as a partner on 1st April 2018. As at todate, she mainly focuses on Convenyancing, Corporate, Family and Divorce matters.
Also her past experience in banking finance sector enhances her ability to understand her client’s property finance needs as well as structuring banking finance legal services. She has also acted for a range of lenders (personal housing loan and/or company SME loan) including CIMB Bank Berhad, Maybank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, and OCBC Bank Malaysia, HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad. Besides that, she is also well versed with various corporate legal agreement drafting skills whereby she has drafted licencing, franchising, corporate, memorandum of understanding for her corporate clients. She is also retained by a few corporations as a legal advisor to provide legal solutions and to ensure the interests of the corporations are protected at all times.

A law graduate from University Utara Malaya and have completed her LLB (Hons) in 2013. She had undergone her pupillage throughout nine month period at Messrs Amir, Lim & Partners since 01st October 2013 and she have been Called to the Bar on 21st August 2014.
Then, on April 2018 till to date, she joined Messrs Lee Gan Teo & Wong as the LegaL Associate.
Ms. Hoe graduated with Second Class Honors from Multimedia University in 2020. Ms. Hoe has completed her pupillage in Messrs K.Siladass & Partners for nine months under the tutelage of Puan Azlinda binti Zainal Abidin.
On 22.11.2021, she joined Lee Gan Teo and Wong as Legal Associate and handle mainly on conveyancing matters.
Ms. Ea Jia Yun graduated from University of Reading, UK with L.L.B (Hons) degree, after which she completed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales on July 2016. Ms. Ea undergone her pupillage with Messrs. Azmi & Associates under Dato’ Azmi in year 2016 – 2017 and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya on 13th October 2017.
In September 2020, she joined Messrs. Lee Gan Teo & Wong as Legal Assistant.
Ms. Lee Set Yee hold a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from University of London (External Program), in year 2017.
Prior to her practice in law, Ms. Lee was a legal secretary with 10 years’ experience with Messrs Loi & Co. She gained vast knowledge and experience in the area of Corporate Conveyancing, Family, Estate Administration and Discharge of Bankruptcy.
Fathiyah graduated from University Malaya in 2019 and commenced her pupillage at Messrs Bhadarul Baharain & Partners under the tutelage of Mr. Bhadarul Baharain.
On 01.11.2020 until now, she joined Messrs Lee Gan Teo & Wong as Legal Assistant and mainly managing conveyancing matters.
Ms. Nur Izzati Zafirah Binti Zainal graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours) in 2017. She had her pupillage in Messrs. Danny & Co. and admitted to the Bar as an advocate and solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on 24.08.2018.
Scope of her works include preparation and filing of cause papers, attending case management and hearing of the application and conducting trials in both Subordinate Courts and High Courts.
Mr. Siah graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (Northern University of Malaysia) with First Class Degree in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours) in 2021.
He commenced his pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Teo Guan Seng of Messrs Lee Gan Teo & Wong. He has been widely exposed with various practice of laws, handling developer’s projects at early stage of his pupillage and subsequently being shifted to dispute resolution department.
Upon admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 28.10.2022, he then being retained as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Lee Gan Teo & Wong and practicing mainly in general litigation, family laws and probate administration.
